Larry King, Donald Trump-Buy or Not Buy

It is evident people are waiting to see how far the home prices and/or QAC homes will drop or possibly waiting for a new US president before a contract is written. We have so much against us, the high inventory of homes (an absorption rate of 15 months)the media saying how horrible the housing market is and Larry King's program has Donald Trump saying he is pessimistic so wait to buy and Kioyaski saying it's not a bad time to buy.
