Hey Everybody-Call Me for Some Free Money--
It seems likely that the U.S. Senate will approve a deal to extend the $8K First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit through March 31, then its value would drop by $2,000 for each of the subsequent three quarters of 2010. This plan was offered by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, a Montana Democrat.
Okay, I did say, "likely" and I did not mean to tease you too much, it's just a hope of glimmer for the fence sitters. We have some unbelievable home buys in the county and you should not miss this opportunity!!!
If you are short on cash, but have a trackable and steady income and decent credit; you might qualify for Maryland CDA grant money (downpayment and closing assistance-you may never have to pay it back). Call me to talk about buying your home: 443-786-0200
